After 10 very successful and download olymp trade enjoyable years, it was decided by the Members at TiK’s AGM on 25th July 2020 that TiK and its steering committee will hibernate indefinitely and with immediate effect, pending a member of the local community coming forward with energy and a viable plan for a new sustainability/resilience project.   At which point, a quorum of 5 of the TiK Members as at July 2020 will measure the project against TiK’s vision and values and it’s Constitution.  If it is a good fit then a pop-up group can be created and the remaining TiK finances will be released to seed fund the project.   The Kings Langley monthly market will now be managed by Kings Langley Community Benefit Society (KLCBS).

If you have an idea for a good local project and would like to take it forward under the TiK umbrella, we would love to hear from you and can be contacted at the ‘Food for Kings’ stall at the Kings Langley Monthly market on the 3rd Saturday of every Month from 9.00 am till 1.00pm.  This is usually held along the High Street but is currently being held in the Village Garden due to the social distancing required for Covid 19.

IMPORTANT: Please note that Food for Kings (it’s growing project and stall), GUCE, KLCBS and the Kings Langley Monthly Market will continue as normal and can be contacted by approaching any of the volunteers on the Food for Kings stall at the monthly market.

Update on Rectory Farm

You may well be wondering . . . .

 “where is the monthly Local Produce Market and the Food for Kings fresh veg stall when the village needs it most?”

Keeping Safe –  Obviously,  TiK had to take the advice on Covid-19 seriously and therefore with much regret we have had to put all our plans and activities on hold for the foreseeable future.  We cannot risk putting people in danger of contamination by having non-essential contact or by handling and distributing food.

Growing on hold   Whilst saddened and frustrated we are not http://www.olymptrade.net.br/download/daunted.  Prior to the strict guidelines coming into force we had prepared all the beds at the farm.   It is in great shape.  Plans are in place for when growing can resume.
